David is a highly experienced filmmaker and director with an impressive portfolio of work. He has written and directed two feature films, including 2020 release THE HAUNTED, which premiered on the opening night of Screamfest LA and is distributed by Kaleidoscope Films UK and Vertical Entertainment US, and political thriller WMD (2009) which The Guardian called "enterprising and undeniably gripping".

 

He has directed over 40 hours of prime time scripted drama for major UK television networks including THE BILL, BAD GIRLS, FOOTBALLERS WIVES, WATERLOO ROAD and HOLLYOAKS and was selected as one of Screen Producers Australia's prestigious Ones To Watch 2022. He is British and Australian and is represented by Macfarlane Chard Associates (London).

 

In addition, David has extensive experience in factual programming, having served as a Series Producer and Director on over 50 hours of content for Discovery, BBC, National Geographic, HGTV and Channel Four.
